Took a bit to get use to but once I was able to move the contents around and get it comfy on my face -best product . Has helped me to sleep the night through. I've had several lower back surgeries and find it difficult to lay flat during restorative yoga. This little bolster fits snuggly in my lumbar area while a bolster is under my knees.
I'm think of getting one for my car too as it's handy to have for support there for long drives.
