We will always aim to dispatch all standard orders within 1 working day of receipt, however during busy times dispatch may take up to 2-3 working days. Delivery times are an estimate only provided by AusPost and commence from dispatch date.
International purchases are liable for all local customs and taxes.

You will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us and for any costs incurred. Returns must be by trackable postal service, as we will be unable to offer refunds on items that do not reach us.
LATE & LOST DELIVERIES
If your delivery has been delayed (7 days for Auspost and 21 days for International Airmail since dispatch) please contact us and we will assist with tracking the package. Often a delivery attempt has been made but a card has not been left. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days after the date of dispatch (25 days for international items) as this is when AusPost considers items as being lost.
For international items sent by Airmail the package is handled by more than one postal service. We cannot guarantee delivery times as this is the responsibility of the destination postal service. Delays are possible due to customs clearance – this can take up to 2 weeks. We always recommend you use a secure delivery address.
All of our products are handmade according to the highest standard and are quality checked before we dispatch. In the unlikely case of a faulty item however, we will exchange the product within 28 days of purchasing with the below information included:

· Your full name and address
· Photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description

Wobble bags & bolster cushion covers are fully washable, however we do recommend a cold wash with a non-toxic detergent.
Do not get Wobble Eye Pillows wet. To preserve the scent, store in a cool, airtight place.
