At Wobble, we pride ourselves on delivering high quality, handcrafted products. Change of heart? We offer exchange or refund on your purchase within 7 days of purchase. Please pack your returns in the original packaging and return with your details to: Wobble, Unit 10, 5-7 Rockley Street, Bondi, NSW 2026. You will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us and for any costs incurred. Returns must be by trackable postal service, as we will be unable to offer refunds on items that do not reach us.
All of our products are handmade according to the highest standard and are quality checked before we dispatch. In the unlikely case of a faulty item however, we will exchange the product within 1 month of purchasing with the below information included:

· Your full name and address
· Photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description

Wobble bags, straps, towels & bolster cushion covers are fully washable, however we do recommend a cold wash with a non-toxic detergent.
Do not get Wobble Eye Pillows wet. To preserve the scent, store in a cool, airtight place.
