"I was living in Ireland, without a car. I had a package to collect. But, the Post Office was over an hours walk away. So, I walked. It started to rain and the wind was cold. When I arrived I was wet through to my underwear. As I collected my package, I realised I had to walk back. It was still raining. It was Ireland. I was contemplating my plight when a total stranger offered me a ride home, in a warm dry car. This angel was a Mother with her boy in the back seat. As she drove me home, we discussed my curly hair and what Mexican people should look like. All I could think was this was the best thing that had ever happened to me."
