I've had several lower back surgeries and find it difficult to lay flat during restorative yoga. This little bolster fits snuggly in my lumbar area while a bolster is under my knees.
I'm think of getting one for my car too as it's handy to have for support there for long drives.

I'm pleased with this mat, I like knowing that it is better for the planet than other materials. Weirdly, the cork feels makes me feel a bit more peaceful and connected to nature almost, vs an artificial mat. I use it at home for slow flow and Yin Yoga, it feels nice and is grippy enough.
