I'm pleased with this mat, I like knowing that it is better for the planet than other materials. Weirdly, the cork feels makes me feel a bit more peaceful and connected to nature almost, vs an artificial mat. I use it at home for slow flow and Yin Yoga, it feels nice and is grippy enough.

Really happy I got this bolster. The fabric is stunning, so it doubles as a beautiful couch cushion when I'm not using it for yoga. I like that the bright colours catch my eye and remind me I should do a session! Quality looks like it is constructed very well, carefully sewn and I expect it to last ages.
The baby bolster is a great addition to my small but essential props supply.
My only ‘complaint’ is with the packaging … the bolster was bent over about a quarter of the way down and packed really tightly. This has left a massive dent in it. I’ve massaged it a couple of times a day and it is returning to its true shape … but I shouldn’t have to be doing this!

Great size for a variety of uses: to reach the floor, underneath the sacrum for fish pose. I love that it’s Australian made and environmentally friendly. Looking forward to a broader flatter one. Love this brand! (My cork yoga mat is well loved and well used and love the hardiness of it.)
